SPIRULINA ENERGY BALLS

 

INGREDIENTS

1 cup raw almonds 

1 cup chopped dates

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp chia seeds

Juice of 1/2 lemon

2 tbsp coconut milk

1 tbsp spirulina

1 tsp cinnamon

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Put the walnuts and dates into a food processor and pulse until broken down into small pieces.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth. 

3. Using a small spoon, scoop up about 1 heaping teaspoon of the mixture and roll into a ball.

4.  Roll the ball in coconut, hemp seeds, etc.

5.  Place in an air-tight container and keep in the refrigerator.
